We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operation Officer

- Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to ensure smooth running of shops operations and new store opening
- Liaise with retail outlets and functional departments on daily operation issues
- Communicate and work closely between stores, office, warehouse and external parties
- Assist in inventory management e.g., regular stock count, transfer and adjustment
- Handle customer enquiries in courteous, tactful and professional manner.
- Interact with customers by phone calls, email or face to face, depending on the situation
- Provide information about products and service
- Record details of customer contacts and action taken
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification
- Preferably 2 years’ solid operations experiences in Retail industry.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Great team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
