We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to ensure smooth running of shops operations and new store opening
  • Liaise with retail outlets and functional departments on daily operation issues
  • Communicate and work closely between stores, office, warehouse and external parties
  • Assist in inventory management e.g., regular stock count, transfer and adjustment
  • Handle customer enquiries in courteous, tactful and professional manner.
  • Interact with customers by phone calls, email or face to face, depending on the situation
  • Provide information about products and service
  • Record details of customer contacts and action taken

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification
  • Preferably 2 years’ solid operations experiences in Retail industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
