• Customer Conversion Officer is responsible for organisation’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ contents.
• Also to oversee outreach plans and the conversion of first timers with online audience into active membership.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• Fantastic interpersonal skills
• Ability to cast the vision and gather team support.
• Strong organisational planning skills.
• Proven work experience as a social media and content manager.
• Knowledge in online marketing channels.
